Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days of shipping. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, email admin@shopconnects.store with your order number and we'll track it down.

Customs and import charges

If your country applies customs or import charges on delivery, those are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or incomplete address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can usually correct an address within a few hours of ordering. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped or refunded, minus any reshipment cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, contact us at admin@shopconnects.store and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
